Terri van de Sande is an experienced fitness professional with a diverse background in health and wellness. Since May 2012, Terri has served as a Fitness Instructor at Rancho La Puerta, a highly regarded health and fitness resort, leading various classes including Mountain Hikes, Pilates, TRX, and Strength Training. Additionally, Terri has been a Pilates Instructor for the Palo Alto Stanford Swim Team since October 2011, training elite swimmers to integrate Pilates into their dry-land training. As a Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor at Club One OFJCC, Terri teaches group classes and small group training, and has also contributed to Pilates and core strength training at Poised since September 2005. Previous experience includes positions at Esprit de Core Pilates Studio and Microsoft, where Terri developed and managed health and wellness programs. Terri's educational background includes training in Pilates and personal training from Balanced Body Pilates and Stott Pilates, as well as a degree in Health Sciences from Mercer College.
