Jill Nussinow is a seasoned nutrition and culinary strategist with over 30 years of experience in health education and public presentations. As the founder of The Veggie Queen, Jill is an award-winning cookbook author with four published works and has taught various culinary courses at Santa Rosa Junior College for two decades. Jill has held a fellowship at The Leadership Institute for Just and Resilient Communities and has been a guest presenter and chef at Rancho La Puerta since 2010. Jill's prior roles include nutrition consulting for Amy's Kitchen and board member positions with the Vegetarian Nutrition Practice Group and Sonoma County Farmlands Group. Jill's educational background includes a Master's degree in Nutrition and a Bachelor's in Marketing.
