Victorien Bussiere has extensive work experience in various industries, including healthcare, technology, consulting, telecommunications, and retail. Victorien most recently served as the Chief Operating Officer at Ramsay Santé, where they are responsible for overseeing operations. Prior to that, they worked as the Alliance & Channel Partner Manager at CompuGroup Medical France, where they focused on growing and managing partner relationships. Before that, they held multiple positions at Capgemini, including Health Account Executive, Head of CoE API & End To End Digital Integration, and People Unit Manager. Victorien also gained experience as a Team Manager at Altran and held various roles at Orange, including Digital Project Manager, Services Supervision Operational Manager, and Retail Sales Representative. Additionally, Victorien has worked at Cadbury France, HEINEKEN France, WHSmith, Banque Chalus, and Crédit Mutuel in different account management and retail sales positions.

From 2004 to 2006, Victorien attended Lycée Ambroise Brugière Clermont-Ferrand, where they obtained a BTS degree with a focus on banking, specifically "Market for individuals."

In 2006, Victorien enrolled in IAE Clermont Auvergne - School of Management and completed a License in Ingenierie du Management.

The following year, from 2007 to 2009, Victorien continued their studies at IAE Clermont Auvergne - School of Management and obtained a Master's degree in Gestion PME/PMI.

In 2016, Victorien participated in an Executive MBA training program called India Immersion Program at the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad.
