Veronica Antunes

Veronica Antunes has been working in the events and marketing industries since 2015. Veronica began their career as an intern at the Diretoria de Graduação - Centro Federal de Educação Tecnológica de Minas Gerais in 2015, providing support to exchange students participating in the Science without Borders Program, requesting payment of scholarships for students participating in the PET and Monitoring Program, updating cadastral data of the institution at e-MEC System, organizing and producing documents, controlling the agenda of the Undergaduation Board, and attending to the internal and external public.

In 2016, they joined Tracksale as a Marketing and Events Coordinator, responsible for coordinating and executing internal and external events, developing strategies for ticket sales and corporate sponsorships, and managing four editions of the largest event in Brazil on customer experience, the Customer Experience Summit (CXSummit).

In 2017, they worked as a Freelancer of Event Production at VA Eventos Corporativos.

In 2018, they joined Inter as a Commercial Intern PJ and Ramper as an Events and Branding Coordinator, and was later promoted to Head of Marketing and Event Manager.

Veronica Antunes received their degree in Business Administration from the Centro Federal de Educação Tecnológica de Minas Gerais between 2015 and 2019. In 2014, they attended the London English School Malvern House for English studies. In addition, Antunes has obtained several certifications, including a Certificate of Participation from the Connect Samba 2017 (Samba Tech, November 2017), Certificate of Participation from the CX Summit 2017 (Customer Experience Summit, September 2017), Certificate from the NPS Impact Course (Tracksale, January 2017), Certificate of Participation from the CX Summit RIO 2016 (Customer Experience Summit, October 2016), Certificate of Participation from the CX Summit SP 2016 (Customer Experience Summit, August 2016), and a Course in English from Luziana Lanna Idiomas (July 2013).
