Magdalena Bochyńska is the Head of People at Ramp Network. Prior to this, they were the People Operations Manager at Growbots and the Head of HR & Administration at indaHash. Magdalena has experience in making candidates' experience a blast being involved in the whole recruitment process, being responsible for designing and executing a top-notch employee experience & engagement, developing and maintaining consistent performance management practices, designing and implementing employer branding strategy, mentoring team members on good recruitment and HR practices, partnering team managers with building development and hiring strategies for their departments, and making sure that our core value - People First - is always in place.

Magdalena Bochyńska studied psychology at the University of Warsaw.
