Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in nutrition, business management, and education. Currently serving as the Owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana has established an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Additionally, Mariana holds the position of Compliance Officer Assistant at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previously, Mariana owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019 and worked as a Nutritionist at a private practice from February 2016 to 2019. Mariana also served as a university lecturer in applied mathematics to nutrition and the history of food from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana earned a Licenciatura in Nutrition from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015) and a Diplomatura in Business Administration from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020).
