Bret Palis is an experienced Senior Design Associate at Ramey Kemp & Associates, Inc. since October 2002, specializing in CAD design through the use of Autocad Civil 3D and Microstation Geopak for roadway and signal designs, as well as concept transportation exhibits. In addition to design work, Bret coordinates and processes traffic data collection utilizing Jamar Traffic Counting Boards and Metrocount Automated Traffic Counters. Prior experience includes roles as a CAD Technician at Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc., a Survey CAD Technician at Kenneth Close Surveyors, and a Cadastral Mapping CAD Technician at ASI Landmark, with foundational training in Mechanical Drafting from Central Piedmont Community College, where Bret earned a CAD diploma in 1993.
