Rick Figoni is an experienced technical recruiter with a strong background in semiconductor, hardware, and software engineering roles. Currently serving as Principal Recruiter for Product Development at Yoh, A Day & Zimmermann Company, Rick specializes in critical engineering positions for ERG. Previously, Rick held positions as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Rambus, focusing on memory and security chips for data centers, and as Lead Technical Recruiter at NUVIA Inc, where recruitment efforts expanded the company from 100 to 300 employees.
