Hanne Dumfries is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in global HR management and organizational transformation. Currently serving as Senior Global HR M&A Manager at Ramboll since November 2022, Hanne leads HR M&A activities from acquisition through post-integration. Previously, as Director of Global People Services at Vestas from July 2017 to November 2022, Hanne managed a cross-country team serving 15,000 employees across 25 countries in the NCE region. Hanne's earlier roles include Regional Speaker for Siemens Shared Services in Northwest Europe, where responsibilities encompassed HR transformation, Shared Services, and Global Mobility Management. Hanne's career began with positions in marketing and EU-related legal consulting, following advanced legal studies at King’s College London and Aarhus University.
