Nikita Alekseev is an experienced ETL Developer at RAMAX Group since July 2022, where significant achievements include leading a migration from a foreign airline booking system and optimizing ETL processes while ensuring data reliability. Prior to this, Nikita served as the Head of the analytic group in the CRM department at Aeroflot, successfully managing a team, enhancing data accessibility, and driving improvements in customer loyalty programs. Between August 2012 and November 2021, Nikita held roles at the Research and Development Center at Federal Grid Company of Unified Energy System, initially as Head of semiconductor converter development department and earlier as an Electrical Engineer, focusing on the design and analysis of high-voltage direct current systems. Nikita holds a Specialist Degree in Engineering from ISPU, attained between 2007 and 2012.
