Catherine Binamo has work experience in various customer service and support roles. Catherine began their career in 2015 as a Customer Service Agent at Earth Link Creators Co. In 2017, they worked as a Cashier and Customer Service representative at Jobex Financial Services Ltd. In 2018, they joined Elle Peut Naidim as a Field Officer, where they worked until December 2020. Currently, Catherine is employed at Ramani as a Customer Training Field Agent in the Customer Support department since November 2021.

Catherine Binamo's education history begins in 2012, when they attended the Institute of Accountancy Arusha and received a certificate in Finance and Banking. Catherine then continued their studies at the same institution and obtained a Diploma in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from 2014 to 2016. Subsequently, from 2016 to 2019, Catherine pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, majoring in Business Administration and Management, General at the Institute of Accountancy Arusha.
