Suryakant Sonawane is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as Executive Chef at The Park Hotels since 2022, and previously held the position of Executive Sous Chef at Ramada Powai, Mumbai, starting in May 2011. Suryakant completed a B.Sc. in Hospitality and Hotel Administration from the Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology between 2003 and 2005.
