Jim Oliva is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as General Superintendent at RAM Construction since August 2023, Jim previously held the position of Senior Superintendent - Mission Critical at Clune Construction Company for five months. For over a decade, Jim was with Howard Building Corporation, where responsibilities included acting as Senior Construction Leader from October 2010 until January 2023. Educational background includes studies at the Southern California Institute of Architecture from September 1979 to May 1981 and Santa Monica College from September 1975 to May 1978.
