Ato Bentsi-Enchill is an experienced investment professional currently serving as Principal and Head of SPVs at Microtraction, an early-stage venture capital firm focused on African startups. In addition to this role, Ato holds positions as Investment Lead at PAVE Investments, Director at Black Adam Africa Capital Management, and Venture Partner at both Rally Cap Ventures and Wefunder. Ato is also a Committee Member for the IFC's EXCEED Program and a member of the Global Shapers Community. Previously, Ato co-chaired the Frontiers Forum and served as a Board Observer at Farmers Hope Ghana Limited. Ato co-founded RevisionPrep, an innovative venture for exam preparation in Ghana, and possesses academic credentials in International Relations and French & Francophone Studies from Hobart and William Smith Colleges.
