Stephanie Sim is currently working as a Strategist at AI and Data Product Strategy Department in Rakuten Asia Pte Ltd. Prior to this role, Stephanie held positions such as Manager of AI Strategy and Strategist at CEO Strategy Office within the company. Stephanie also worked as a Deputy Division Manager at COO Office in Rakuten Symphony during a secondment. Before joining Rakuten, Stephanie gained experience as a Senior Business Analyst and Business Analyst at Kearney. Stephanie also held a role as a Manager Candidate (UMC) at UNIQLO. Stephanie holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from The University of Tokyo and participated in the 文部科学省国費留学生プログラム in Japanese Language and Literature at Osaka University.
