John Beyiazis holds a Master of Arts in Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Business from Middlesex University. Currently, John serves as the Manager of Learning & Development for EMEA in Global Talent Management & Inclusion at Rakuten, a position held since December 2021. Prior to this role, John worked at John Lewis Partnership from June 2015 to December 2021, initially as a Learning and Development Specialist, facilitating innovative leadership programs for various managerial levels. John also served as a Sales and Development Coach, leading training and mentoring initiatives for flagship partners in the Fashion, Beauty, and Sports sectors, while collaborating with management to identify training needs and career development opportunities.
