Harsha Karri has over a decade of experience in Human Resources, currently serving as a Manager at Rakuten India since October 2018, with a focus on Compensation & Benefits, HR Analytics, Talent Management, and employee engagement. Previously, Harsha held the role of Senior Executive at Dassault Systèmes, where responsibilities included HR Business Partnering and employee onboarding. Early career experience included a Trainee position at EDS Technologies and an internship at Virtusa, where research on training programs was conducted. Harsha holds an MBA in HR from PSG Institute of Management, completed in 2013.
