Tomoya Kabe started their career in 2012 as an Operation Engineer at DeNA. Tomoya then moved to Rakusul Corporation in 2016, where they worked as an Infrastructure Engineer.

Tomoya Kabe obtained a Master's degree in Information Science and Technology from The University of Tokyo between 2006 and 2012. In July 2019, they received an AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS). In November 2018, they received an AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional certification from AWS. In August 2022, they received a 2nd class telecommunications work engineer certification from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism.
