Vaishakhi Acharya is an experienced engineering compliance manager at Rajant Corporation since August 2020, focusing on RF, EMI, safety, and environmental compliance for components and assemblies while researching global radio frequency band regulations. Prior to this role, Vaishakhi served as an RF Test Engineer II at Comcast from May 2018 to August 2020, leading evaluation testing projects for Xfinity products and conducting reliability assessments in an RF laboratory. Vaishakhi began the career as a PLC Programming Intern at Technophile Automation in India, gaining experience in PLC programming, SCADA design, and project management. Vaishakhi holds a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation & Control Engineering from Gujarat Technological University.
