Nayara Chaves is a skilled designer with extensive experience in graphic design and visual communication. Currently serving as a Graphic Designer at Raiz Educação since September 2020, Nayara has developed annual campaign visual identities and created various media pieces. Previous roles include Graphic Designer at Bondinho Pão de Açúcar, where work focused on marketing materials before the pandemic, Designer at Gráfica Jump, where Nayara crafted the company's visual identity, and positions at Istituto Europeo di Design, Kenner, and the Sindicato de Hotéis, Restaurantes, Bares e Similares do Município do RJ, where Nayara led design projects and supervised teams. Nayara holds an M.B.A. in Strategic Design from ESPM, a specialization in UX from Mergo User Experience, and a degree in Graphic Design from Estácio.
