Hans Scholtz is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in research and development, engineering, and management within the technology sector. Currently serving as the Executive Vice President of Service and Support at RAITH Group since June 2024, Scholtz previously held key positions at Nearfield Instruments B.V. as Director of Development and Engineering and at NTS-Group as Managing Director of the Development and Engineering Division. Scholtz has also contributed to Thermo Fisher Scientific and FEI Company in various leadership roles, including R&D Director and Product Management Director, focusing on advanced technologies and product development in electron microscopy. Scholtz's career began at Philips, where significant contributions were made in systems engineering and research. Scholtz holds a Master's degree in Physics from Utrecht University and a PhD in Physics from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
