Lisa Sunderman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in enterprise risk management and governance. Currently serving as Director of Enterprise Risk Management at Raistone since June 2022, Lisa is focused on enhancing governance and reporting within the ERM function. Lisa has held significant roles throughout their career, including Senior Vice President of Enterprise Risk Management at Numerica Credit Union and Vice President of Risk Management at Sterling Financial Corporation, where responsibilities included maintaining ERM frameworks and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. In addition to professional roles, Lisa is actively involved in the community as a board member for Spokane County United Way and as the Spokane Nordic Ski School Director, enhancing their commitment to supporting local initiatives and organizations. Educationally, Lisa holds an MBA from Gonzaga University and a BS in Accounting from Central Washington University.
