Sylwia also held a significant position at Pekao Direct, supervising a team focused on retention and loyalty programs. Educated at Jagiellonian University, with postgraduate studies in Business Psychology and International Coaching, Sylwia combines a strong academic background with comprehensive leadership experience in e-commerce and sales operations.
