Thomas Guest is the Founder of Brym, a youth-led global community focused on climate innovation and justice, which began as a storytelling platform sharing global Signs of Hope. Currently, Thomas serves as the Head of Community Partnerships and a member of the Advisory Board at Raise Green, a platform aimed at democratizing ownership of climate projects. Previously, Thomas held the role of Partnerships & Growth Manager at Matchwell, where significant client growth was achieved. Additional experience includes positions at Namely as a Senior SDR, consulting for SeaChange Capital Partners, and serving as Student Chair on the Advisory Committee on Shareholder Responsibility at Williams College. Early career experiences involved product development at TodayTix, business development at Bridges Ventures, and teaching assistant roles in negotiation skills seminars at Goldman Sachs and Gerson Lehrman Group. Thomas holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Economy, Leadership Studies, and International Studies from Williams College, with additional studies at Université Paris-Sorbonne.
