Ben Kirk is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy, innovation, and venture development across various sectors. Currently serving as Strategy and Venture Director at Rainmaking since April 2024, Ben previously held roles at Sia Partners, where responsibilities included managing engagement as Venture Lead in Growth & Innovation and driving new venture programs in areas such as protein engineering and carbon capture. Ben's earlier positions encompass product management and consultancy roles in organizations such as Quix and IDEO CoLab, contributing expertise in agile product management, business design, and market strategy. In addition to a comprehensive background in finance as a Fixed Income Analyst at Henderson Global Investors, Ben holds an MBA from Imperial College Business School and a BA in Geography from the University of Nottingham.
