Jacquelyn Penn, DrPh (c), MBA HRM, NCMA serves as a Senior Associate Project Manager at Rainmakers Strategic Solutions LLC, leading a multi-disciplinary team in training and education for government agencies since August 2022. Previously, Jacquelyn held various roles at Alliant Health Solutions, including Deputy Director of QPP and Training Education Lead, and operated as an Independent Consultant, providing diverse consulting services across multiple industries. Experience also includes managing a health center at Premise Health, achieving significant cost savings and patient satisfaction improvements. As an adjunct professor at several institutions, Jacquelyn taught Clinical and Administrative Procedures, while prior leadership included overseeing client implementations and education projects for multiple physician practices at simplifyMD. Jacquelyn holds a Doctor of Public Health from Walden University, an MBA in Human Resources Management, and a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration.
