Sarah Bowles, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, ODCP, serves as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Rainier Industries since December 2019, having previously held the position of Director of Human Resources at the same company. In addition to this role, Sarah is a Continuing Education Instructor at both San Francisco State University and the University of Washington, teaching Human Resources Essential and Human Resources Management Certification programs. With a robust academic background, Sarah also contributed as a Part-Time Adjunct Professor at Highline College and instructed at Green River College. Prior experience includes roles as Director and Human Resources Manager at Orion Industries, Conference Director for the Washington State SHRM Council, and Human Resources Manager positions at Korum Automotive Group and Skills Inc.
