Che Chon began their career in the firearms industry as a Gunsmith at Rainier Arms, LLC in January 2014. They then moved on to become the Director Of Operations at Fortis Manufacturing LLC in September 2015, where they managed workplace functions and maintained inventory. Currently working as a Generalist at Rainier Arms, LLC since October 2018, Che is involved in manufacturing firearms, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining customer firearms, as well as implementing better workflow systems and onboarding new dealers.
