Francisco Larra Bujalance is currently the Director of People and Culture at Rainforest Foundation US, where he focuses on supporting Indigenous and traditional peoples in their efforts to protect their environment and rights. Prior to this role, Francisco held positions such as Managing Director at Communications Shop, Managing Human Resources Partners at Sierra Club, and Senior Program Coordinator in the LAC region at Inter-American Development Bank. With a background in psychology and education, Francisco has also obtained postgraduate certificates and master's degrees in HR management and integrated management systems. Throughout his career, Francisco has been dedicated to creating positive social impact and advocating for marginalized communities.
