Amy Mullen is a seasoned professional in institutional relations and development with extensive experience in nonprofit organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Institutional Relations at Rainforest Alliance since September 2021, Mullen previously held the position of Chief Development Officer at Root Capital from October 2018 to May 2021. Mullen's career includes significant roles at Oxfam America, where responsibilities encompassed leadership in the Institutional Support Department from May 2008 to September 2018, and at The Trust for Public Land as the Director of Institutional Giving from April 2002 to April 2008. Earlier experiences include managing donor relations and events at Sierra Club from November 1998 to April 2002. Mullen holds a Master of Arts in International Studies from DePaul University, obtained between 2004 and 2006, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Delaware, completed from 1990 to 1994.
