Jim Yanker, MBA, CPC, PCC, is an experienced career development and executive coach with a diverse background in leadership and performance coaching. Currently serving as a volunteer coach for Stand Beside Them, Inc., Jim empowers veterans and their families, while also working as an executive coach at CI International, Inc. Since establishing YANKER COACHING LLC in 2021, Jim has focused on leadership, performance, and life coaching. Additional volunteer efforts include leading career coaching workshops for Career Network Ministry and serving as a member relations director for Materials DC. Jim's earlier roles include leadership and performance coaching for the U.S. Government and various managerial positions at Minerals Technologies, where responsibilities involved global business development and coaching international sales teams. Jim holds an MBA in Operations Research and Statistics from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Science in Metallurgy from Penn State University.
