Patty Medlin currently serves as the Area Director of Sales at Raines Company since April 2023, previously holding the same title at HP Hotels from June 2022 to April 2023. From January 2010 to June 2022, Patty was the Director of Sales & Events and Director of Event Sales at Embassy Suites Charlotte-Concord Golf Resort & Spa. In these roles, Patty managed training programs for Catering & Operations Coordinators, coached a high-performing sales team, analyzed sales trends to enhance catering revenue, and identified growth opportunities in both B2B and B2C markets. Additionally, Patty supported operational departments, assisted in event planning, and maintained direct communication with clients to ensure successful event execution. Patty holds a degree in Hospitality Management with a focus on Conventions and Special Events from East Carolina University.
