Sara Fay is a seasoned professional in business development, currently serving as a Senior Business Development Associate at Raines International since April 2023. Previously, Sara held various roles at Heidrick & Struggles, beginning as an Analyst and advancing to Associate, focusing on Client Operations and ESG. Sara's early career included editorial leadership as Deputy Editor In Chief at The Stand newspaper and ambassadorial responsibilities for the University of St Andrews. Additionally, Sara engaged in leadership and communication roles through the St Andrews Model United Nations and the Lafayette Club. A dedicated advocate for social responsibility, Sara participated in fellowship programs related to Holocaust research and community education.
