Carlos Fernandez currently serves as a Senior Associate in Business Development at Raines International, an advisory firm specializing in executive search and talent management solutions, since January 2022. Prior to this role, Carlos held positions including Associate in Business Development at Motivating Minds and worked with RippleMatch to enhance hiring processes for college students, focusing on improving diversity. Carlos's experience also includes teaching roles with CIEE and Cornell University, an Administrative Assistant position managing a summer program, and several research assistant roles at Cornell University and the American Museum of Natural History.
