Jessica Wooton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and office management. Currently serving as Firm Administrator at Rainer & Company since August 2020, Jessica previously held the position of Field Human Resources Generalist at Paychex, where operations and strategic HR initiatives for over 50 diverse client accounts were successfully managed. Prior to that, Jessica spent 14 years at NexCore Group, progressing from Receptionist to Human Resources Manager, where responsibilities included employee relations, policy development, and executive support. Jessica began their career at Lentz Evans and King, PC, working in various roles encompassing receptionist, billing specialist, and records manager. Jessica earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Colorado Boulder.
