Christian Ohrgaard is an experienced operations leader currently serving as the Head of Operations at Railway since February 2023. Prior to this role, Christian held several significant positions at GitHub from December 2019 to February 2023, including Senior Director of Strategic Operations and Chief of Staff to the COO. Before joining GitHub, Christian worked at Semmle from February 2015 to November 2019, where roles included Director of Strategy and Head of Marketing. Earlier career experiences include being a Project Manager for Commercial Excellence at PANDORA and a Management Consultant at PA Consulting Group. Christian's educational background includes a Master of Science in Business Administration and IT Management from Copenhagen Business School and an MBA from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, along with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Business Computing from Copenhagen Business School.
