Robert Pearce has over 30 years of experience in quality assurance and production management within the railway and timber industries. Currently serving as Quality Assurance Technical Services Manager at Stella Jones Corporation since August 2015, Robert Pearce also holds the role of Production Manager at Norfolk Southern. In addition to current responsibilities, Robert Pearce has been an instructor for the Crosstie Grading & Species Identification Seminar with the Railway Tie Association since July 2010. Past roles include Quality Control Manager at Lee Inspection's Treated Products Division and various positions at Lee Inspection & Consulting Services Inc., where Robert Pearce worked from September 1991 to July 2015 as an inspector, consultant, and crosstie project manager. Robert Pearce's educational background includes studies at the University of Louisiana at Monroe.
