Suresh Arora began their work experience in 1997 with Ircon International Limited in New Delhi. Suresh held a role there until 2001. In 2007, they joined RailTel Corporation of India Ltd and worked as a Group General Manager until 2014. From 2014 to 2023, they served as an Executive Director, and from 2023 onwards, they hold the position of Principal Executive Director at RailTel Corporation of India Ltd.

Suresh Arora completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra in the period from 1981 to 1986. Suresh later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from the Indira Gandhi National Open University, completing it between 2000 and 2002.
