Vladyslava Pertsatii is an experienced professional in people operations and talent acquisition, currently serving as the People Operations Lead at Railsware since November 2021, with prior roles as People Operations Manager and Talent Manager. Before joining Railsware, Vladyslava worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at ABBYY and as a Recruitment Specialist at Migronis, where responsibilities included full cycle recruitment and business development assistance. Additionally, Vladyslava held the position of Executive Assistant in the Advisory Department at EY, gaining skills in vendor negotiation, budget planning, and project performance monitoring. Vladyslava holds a Master’s degree in Psychology and a Bachelor’s degree in Language Interpretation and Translation from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
