Merve Oldroyd has a diverse work experience in various roles related to risk operations, financial intelligence, and compliance. Merve is currently working as the Head of Risk Operations at Railsr, where they manage a team and handles responsibilities such as fraud management and engagement with law enforcement agencies. Merve has also worked as a Financial Crime Team Leader, Financial Crime Risk Analyst, and Compliance Officer at different organizations, where they demonstrated expertise in AML and fraud investigations, SAR submissions, and developing anti-financial crime procedures. Additionally, Merve is the founder of MD Business Consultancy, where they provide consulting services to businesses for process improvement.

Merve Oldroyd completed their education at the University of Wales from 2016 to 2018, where they pursued a Master of Business Administration degree. Prior to that, they attended Beykent University from 2012 to 2016, focusing on Industrial Engineering. Additionally, Merve obtained certifications including The Advanced Financial Crimes Investigations Certification from ACAMS in November 2020, and the ICA Advanced Certificate in Compliance from the International Compliance Association in July 2020.
