Lester Hightower serves as President and Board Chair at Fishplate Holdings and 436 Software, organizations focused on investment in technology and connecting shippers with transportation networks, respectively. Additionally, Lester holds the position of Chairman of the Board at Railspire, a company pioneering autonomous locomotive driving technology utilizing artificial intelligence. At Adivvyo, Inc., Lester acts as President and Principal Consultant. Previous experiences include roles as Retained Consultant and SVP and Chief Information Officer at Florida East Coast Railway, Director of Software Solutions at Invensys Rail, CTO and VP of RailDOCS at 10East Corp., and various leadership positions at the AIMS Group, United Railway Signal Group, and Computation Integration Technologies. Lester earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Florida State University between 1992 and 1996.
