Caroline Czyz Counard has been in the recruitment industry for over 15 years. Caroline began their career in 2004 as an Executive Recruiter with Professional Recruiters of Dallas Inc. Caroline then moved to JohnMarch Partners in 2005 as an Executive Medical Recruiter, followed by a role as a Resource Development Manager with Consulting Partners. In 2014, they took on a Technical Recruiter role with Ashworth Group, Inc. and then moved to Accenture in 2015 as a Knoxville Delivery Center Corporate Recruiting Specialist. In 2016, they pursued a career in Real Estate Investing with The YOR Group, Inc. / Systemic Solutions Inc. and is currently a Technical Recruiter with Railroad19 since 2021.

Caroline Czyz Counard attended Texas A&M University from 1983 to 1987, where they earned a degree in Broadcast Journalism.
