Dale Thatcher is currently working at RailPros as a Utility Construction Manager. Prior to this role, Dale held positions at various companies including Arkansas Department of Transportation, Local 155 Plumbers and Pipefitters, Advanced Cabling, and Hall Tank Company. Dale completed a technical degree in welding from the University of Arkansas - Pulaski Technical College in 2003.
