Tom O'Kelly has extensive experience in trading and asset management. Tom began their career in 2005 at Dalton Strategic Partnership LLP, where they held the position of Senior Equity & Multi-Asset Trader and Partner until 2016. Tom then joined Balyasny Asset Management L.P. as a Trader from 2016 to 2018. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as a Senior Trader at Santander Asset Management UK. Currently, Tom O'Kelly is working at Railpen, where they initially served as the Head Trader from 2021 to 2022 before becoming the Head of Trading.

Tom O'Kelly completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computation from The University of Manchester from 2001 to 2004. Prior to that, they attended Highgate School from 1995 to 2000.
