Diep McLaughlin is a finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and financial management. Currently serving as Finance Manager - Accounting Operations at Railpen, Diep previously held the position of Group Financial Accountant at Arriva Group. Prior experience includes roles as Financial Accountant at Bede Gaming Ltd and Financial Reporting Accountant at ENGIE, where responsibilities included coordinating statutory audits for multiple entities and managing month-end activities. Diep's career also includes a progression from Assistant Management Accountant to Management Accountant at Northumbria University. Before this, a study and career break was taken during a relocation, following a decade-long tenure at Procter & Gamble in various accounting roles.
