Catherine Styles has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Catherine is currently serving as the Program Management Office (PMO) Lead at Railpen since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Stage Manager in 2016. Catherine also worked as a Business Support Officer at South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust from November 2020 to July 2022. Catherine served in multiple roles at RWE npower, including Project Support Officer and Management Support Team Manager, Personal Assistant to Head of Front Office, and PA to Head of Continuous Improvement, and Senior Administrator. Catherine has also worked as a Receptionist/Social Media personnel at Aston Hotel Darlington/ Holiday Inn Darlington North and as a Sales & Lettings Manager at Bellwood & Harris. Catherine started their career as a Receptionist at Aston Hotel Darlington and later became the Reception Manager at Blackwell Grange Hotel, where they oversaw the running of reception and implemented new procedures.

Catherine Styles attended Woodham Comprehensive from 1987 to 1992. Catherine then pursued a BTEC National Diploma in Business and Finance at Bishop Auckland College from 1992 to 1994.
