Nicolas Peckman has a diverse work experience in the software engineering field. Nicolas started their career at North Carolina State Government as a Software Engineering Intern, where they developed GIS applications for the NC National Guard. Nicolas then joined Extron Electronics as a Software Developer, working on various software development projects. After that, they worked at SAS as an Associate Software Developer, where they contributed to the development of web applications, including a custom CMS for displaying content related to the UN Global Goals. Currently, Nicolas is employed at Railinc Corp. as a Senior Software Engineer. Nicolas is involved in developing commercial applications for the North American railways, specializing in visibility-focused products. Nicolas'sresponsibilities include collaborating with business analysts and external partners to design the next generation of rail technology. Nicolas is the primary developer of a Telematics Platform Proof-of-Concept.

Nicolas Peckman completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 2013 to 2017.
