Caroline Allain is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Rail Europe since March 2022. Previously, Caroline held the position of International HR Manager at e.Voyageurs SNCF, where responsibilities included advising and supporting employees at all levels on HR matters both in France and internationally, focusing on organizational evolution and change management. Prior experience includes serving as the Human Resources Manager for Platform Continental Europe at Keolis, overseeing recruitment, mobility, and talent management strategies while leading local HR Directors and facilitating international HR information sharing. Caroline's career also includes roles in recruitment and consulting at Scalenes Ernoult Search and Adecco Group. Caroline holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from OMNES Education.
