Benjamin Friedman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in commercial management and process engineering. Currently serving as the Network Performance Portfolio Manager at Rail Delivery Group since March 2023, Benjamin previously held the position of Commercial Manager at Mott MacDonald from January 2018 to March 2023, where responsibilities included analyzing financial metrics and training junior staff. Additionally, Benjamin has worked as an Assistant Commercial Manager and Process/Proposals Engineer, contributing to UK and international Oil and Gas projects.
