Matthijs Schilder is an experienced professional in the fields of human resources and business transformation, currently serving as a Berater Personalentwicklung at Raiffeisenverband Südtirol Gen. since October 2019. Prior to this role, Matthijs held positions as a Business Transformation Manager at Erste Group and as a Consultant at AMI Consultancy, where projects included tender-counseling for innovative contracts. Matthijs also worked as a Recruitment Consultant at HEBBES Personeel, and held reporting roles at Fortis Investments and ABN AMRO. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree (Cum laude) and Bachelor’s degree in Work & Organizational Psychology from the University of Amsterdam, along with a Minor in Business Economics and a Propedeuse in Computer Science.
